Martin is having a fun, productive time on holiday in Mexico…He’s currently getting his Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) advanced open water certification…which can only mean more underwater explorations!
Season TWO will wrap filming December 17th and air at a later date in 2020.

Alexandra Breckenridge (This Is Us, The Walking Dead) and Martin Henderson (Grey’s Anatomy, Miracles From Heaven) lead the cast of Netflix’s contemporary romance drama series ‘Virgin River’ based on the bestselling novels by Robyn Carr.
Premiering on New Year’s Day is the thrilling eight-part series, The Gloaming. The crime series is the creation of Executive Producer and Writer Vicki Madden (The Kettering Incident) and stars award-winning actors Emma Booth (Glitch) and Ewen Leslie (The Cry). In it, Booth and Leslie play two detectives bound by a childhood tragedy who are driven to solve a horrific murder which connects the past and the present in a world of superstition and supernatural forces. Martin Henderson (Grey’s Anatomy), Aaron Pedersen (Mystery Road) and Rena Owen (Siren) also star, with a stellar director lineup including Michael Rymer (American Horror Story), Greg McLean (Stan Original Series Wolf Creek) and Sian Davies (Nowhere Boys).


Martin Henderson (Grey’s Anatomy, Shortland Street, Secrets & Lies) and Nicole Chamoun (On the Ropes, Safe Harbour, Romper Stomper) have joined upcoming Stan drama The Gloaming.
The 8 part drama, currently filming in Tasmania stars Emma Booth and Ewen Leslie, plus Aaron Pedersen, Rena Owen, Matt Testro and newcomer Josephine Blazier.
Created by Vicki Madden (The Kettering Incident) it is directed by Michael Rymer, Greg McLean and Sian Davies, produced by Madden’s Sweet Potato Films and John Molloy’s 2 Jons.
It is is set to debut in summer.
When an unidentified woman is found brutally murdered, Detective Molly McGee (Emma Booth) must team up with Alex O’Connell (Ewen Leslie), a fellow cop with whom she shares a tragic past to solve the crime. What begins as a routine investigation exposes something more insidious as political corruption and shady business dealings intertwine with sinister crimes and occult practices. To catch the killer, Molly and Alex have to face the ghosts of their past, the unsettled dead that linger in the liminal space between light and dark, life and death — The Gloaming.
